١. الحذف من داخل التطبيق (الطريقة الأسرع)

1. افتح تطبيق قدرة وسجّل الدخول بحسابك.
2. اذهب إلى حسابي ثم الإعدادات.
3. اضغط حذف الحساب نهائياً وأكّد الطلب.

الحذف فوري ونهائي: يُزال الحساب من خوادمنا وتُبطَل كل الجلسات على جميع الأجهزة في الحال. لا يمكن التراجع عن هذه الخطوة ولا استرجاع الحساب بعدها.

٢. الحذف بالمراسلة

إن تعذّر عليك الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى [email protected] بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، واذكر فيه البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المسجَّل بالحساب.

نتحقّق من ملكيّة الحساب أولاً ثم نُنفّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحدّ أقصى من تاريخ الطلب، ونُشعرك عبر البريد نفسه عند اكتماله.

٣. ما الذي يُحذف

• حساب الدخول وبيانات الملف الشخصي: الاسم والبريد ورقم الهاتف والصورة.
• العناوين المحفوظة ومواقع التوصيل.
• السلة والمفضّلة وسجلّ البحث داخل التطبيق.
• محادثاتك مع البائعين ومرفقاتها من صور ورسائل صوتية.
• رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك، فتتوقّف كل الإشعارات.

٤. ما الذي قد يبقى ولماذا

تُحفظ سجلّات الطلبات والفواتير المكتملة لدى البائع ومزوّد التوصيل للمدّة التي تفرضها الالتزامات المحاسبية والنظامية، وذلك بعد تجريدها من الصفة الشخصية بحيث لا تعود مرتبطة بك. وتُحذف نهائياً عند انتفاء الحاجة إليها، وفق ما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Codora app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account permanently and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: the account is removed from our servers and every session on every device is revoked at once. This cannot be undone and the account cannot be restored afterwards.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”, stating the email address or phone number registered to the account.

We verify ownership of the account first, then complete the deletion within 30 days of the request, and confirm by reply to the same address.

3. What is deleted

• Your login account and profile data: name, email, phone number and photo.
• Saved addresses and delivery locations.
• Cart, favourites and in-app search history.
• Your chats with sellers, including image and voice attachments.
• Your device notification token, so all notifications stop.

4. What may be retained, and why

Records of completed orders and invoices are kept by the seller and the delivery provider for the period required by accounting and regulatory obligations, after being anonymised so they are no longer linked to you. They are deleted permanently once no longer needed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
