قدرة (Codora) منصّة تسوّق وتوصيل إلكترونية تربط المشترين بالمتاجر ومقدّمي خدمة التوصيل. تصف هذه السياسة كيفية جمع المعلومات الشخصية واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك خدماتنا، وهي جزء من شروط الاستخدام.

باستخدامك خدمات قدرة فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة في هذه السياسة.

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

نجمع المعلومات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة وتشغيلها، وتشمل:

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم ووسائل التواصل التي تزوّدنا بها عند التسجيل.
• معلومات المعاملات: تفاصيل الطلبات والعمليات التي تجريها عبر المنصّة.
• معلومات الموقع: عند تفعيلك خدمات الموقع، وبالقدر اللازم لتحديد عنوان التسليم وإتمام التوصيل.
• المحتوى الذي ترفعه: كالصور والملفات التي تختار إرفاقها.
• معلومات تقنية: بيانات الجهاز وسجلّات الاستخدام ومعرّفات تقنية تُستخدم لتشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها.

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع أو المعلومات المصرفية. وحين يقتضي القانون أو إعدادات نظام تشغيل جهازك الحصول على موافقتك المسبقة — كإذن الموقع أو تتبّع الإعلانات — لا نجمع تلك المعلومات إلا بعد موافقتك، ولك سحبها في أي وقت.

٢. استخدام المعلومات

تُستخدم المعلومات للأغراض الآتية حصراً:

• إنشاء حسابك وإدارته والتحقق من هويتك.
• تنفيذ طلباتك ومتابعتها وإيصالها.
• التواصل معك بشأن خدماتك وإشعاراتها.
• حماية المنصّة ومستخدميها من الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.
• تحليل الأداء وتحسين جودة الخدمة.
• الامتثال للالتزامات النظامية والقانونية.

٣. مشاركة المعلومات

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة. وتقتصر مشاركتها على الحالات الآتية:

• مع أطراف المعاملة، وبالقدر اللازم لتنفيذها.
• مع مزوّدي خدمات يعملون نيابةً عنّا ووفق تعليماتنا، وملتزمين بحماية المعلومات.
• عند وجود التزام قانوني أو طلب من جهة مختصّة.
• لحماية حقوقنا أو حقوق مستخدمينا وسلامتهم.

٤. الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات

نحتفظ بالمعلومات طوال المدة اللازمة للأغراض الموضّحة أعلاه، أو للمدة التي تقتضيها الالتزامات النظامية والمحاسبية، أيّهما أطول. وبعد انتفاء الحاجة تُحذف المعلومات أو تُجرَّد من الصفة الشخصية.

٥. بيانات سائقي التوصيل ووثائق هويتهم

ينطبق هذا القسم على من يسجّل سائقاً في تطبيق «قدرة توصيل».

• ما نجمعه عند التسجيل: الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، وتاريخ الميلاد، والمحافظة، وصورة شخصية، ونوع المركبة ورقم لوحتها وصورتها، وصورتا البطاقة الوطنية (الوجه والظهر). وكلها شرطٌ لإكمال التسجيل.
• الغرض: التحقّق من هوية السائق وأهليته قبل قبوله، لأنه يستلم بضائع العملاء ويصل إلى عناوينهم؛ وتاريخ الميلاد للتأكّد من أن عمره ١٨ سنة فأكثر؛ والمحافظة لعرض المهام في منطقته.
• من يرى صور البطاقة الوطنية وتاريخ الميلاد: السائق نفسه، وشركة التوصيل التي تقدّم إليها ومشرفوها عند مراجعة طلبه، وفريق قدرة عند الحاجة للتحقّق أو الدعم أو الالتزام القانوني. لا يراها العملاء ولا أي مستخدم آخر، ولا تُستعمل للإعلان.
• ما يراه العميل: أثناء توصيل طلبه فقط، يرى العميل اسم السائق وصورته ورقم هاتفه، ونوع المركبة ورقم لوحتها وصورتها، ليتعرّف عليه عند التسليم.
• التخزين: تُحفظ صور البطاقة الوطنية في مخزن خاص غير متاح للعموم، ولا تُعرض إلا عبر رابط مؤقّت ينتهي خلال دقائق لمن يحقّ له رؤيتها.
• مدّة الاحتفاظ: تُحفظ هذه البيانات ما دام حساب السائق قائماً. وعند حذف الحساب تُحذف صور السائق كلها — البطاقة الوطنية والصورة الشخصية وصورة المركبة — تلقائياً بعد ٣٠ يوماً من الحذف.

٦. حقوقك

• الاطّلاع على معلوماتك وتصحيحها أو تحديثها.
• حذف حسابك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق عبر خيار حذف الحساب في الإعدادات.
• سحب أي إذن سبق منحه، من إعدادات جهازك.
• الاعتراض على معالجة معلوماتك أو تقييدها ضمن ما يسمح به النظام.

٧. أمن المعلومات

نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية المعلومات من الوصول أو الإفصاح أو التغيير غير المصرّح به. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بصورة مطلقة.

٨. خصوصية الأطفال

خدماتنا غير موجَّهة لمن هم دون سنّ الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد. وعند علمنا بخلاف ذلك تُحذف المعلومات فوراً.

٩. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد تُحدَّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويُشار إلى تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الخدمات بعد نشر التعديلات قبولاً بها.

Codora is an online shopping and delivery platform connecting buyers with stores and delivery providers. This Policy describes how personal information is collected, used and protected when you use our services, and forms part of our Terms of Use.

By using Codora’s services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information necessary to provide and operate the service, including:

• Account information: the name and contact details you provide when registering.
• Transaction information: details of the orders and operations you carry out on the platform.
• Location information: where you enable location services, and only to the extent needed to determine a delivery address and complete delivery.
• Content you upload: such as images and files you choose to attach.
• Technical information: device data, usage logs and technical identifiers used to operate and secure the service.

We do not collect payment card or banking information. Where the law or your device’s operating system requires prior consent — such as location or advertising tracking permissions — we collect that information only after you consent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your account and verifying your identity.
• Processing, tracking and delivering your orders.
• Communicating with you about your services and notifications.
• Protecting the platform and its users against fraud and misuse.
• Analysing performance and improving service quality.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Sharing is limited to the following cases:

• With parties to a transaction, to the extent necessary to complete it.
• With service providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions, bound to protect the information.
• Where required by a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority.
• To protect our rights or the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or for the period required by regulatory and accounting obligations, whichever is longer. Once no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymised.

5. Delivery Driver Data and Identity Documents

This section applies to anyone who registers as a driver in the Codora Delivery app.

• What we collect at registration: name, phone number, date of birth, governorate, a profile photo, vehicle type, plate number and photo, and both sides of the national ID card. All are required to complete registration.
• Purpose: to verify the driver’s identity and eligibility before they are accepted, because drivers handle customers’ goods and visit their addresses; the date of birth confirms the driver is at least 18; the governorate shows jobs in their area.
• Who can see the ID card photos and date of birth: the driver, the delivery company they applied to and its supervisors when reviewing the application, and the Codora team when needed for verification, support or legal compliance. Customers and other users never see them, and they are never used for advertising.
• What the customer sees: only during their own delivery, the customer sees the driver’s name, photo and phone number, and the vehicle type, plate number and photo, so they can recognise the driver at hand-over.
• Storage: ID card photos are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and are shown only through a temporary link that expires within minutes, to those entitled to see them.
• Retention: this data is kept while the driver’s account exists. When the account is deleted, all of the driver’s photos — the national ID card, profile photo and vehicle photo — are deleted automatically 30 days later.

6. Your Rights

• Access, correct or update your information.
• Delete your account permanently from within the app via the account deletion option in Settings.
• Withdraw any permission previously granted, from your device settings.
• Object to or restrict the processing of your information, as permitted by law.

7. Information Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Where we become aware otherwise, the information is deleted promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
