١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

نجمع المعلومات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة وتشغيلها، وتشمل:

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم ووسائل التواصل التي تزوّدنا بها عند التسجيل.
• معلومات المعاملات: تفاصيل الطلبات والعمليات التي تجريها عبر المنصّة.
• معلومات الموقع: عند تفعيلك خدمات الموقع، وبالقدر اللازم لتحديد عنوان التسليم وإتمام التوصيل.

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع أو المعلومات المصرفية. وحين يقتضي القانون أو إعدادات نظام تشغيل جهازك الحصول على موافقتك المسبقة — كإذن الموقع أو تتبّع الإعلانات — لا نجمع تلك المعلومات إلا بعد موافقتك، ولك سحبها في أي وقت.

تُستخدم المعلومات للأغراض الآتية حصراً:

• إنشاء حسابك وإدارته والتحقق من هويتك.
• تنفيذ طلباتك ومتابعتها وإيصالها.
• التواصل معك بشأن خدماتك وإشعاراتها.
• حماية المنصّة ومستخدميها من الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.
• تحليل الأداء وتحسين جودة الخدمة.
• الامتثال للالتزامات النظامية والقانونية.

٣. مشاركة المعلومات

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة. وتقتصر مشاركتها على الحالات الآتية:

• مع أطراف المعاملة، وبالقدر اللازم لتنفيذها.
• مع مزوّدي خدمات يعملون نيابةً عنّا ووفق تعليماتنا، وملتزمين بحماية المعلومات.

٤. الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات

نحتفظ بالمعلومات طوال المدة اللازمة للأغراض الموضّحة أعلاه، أو للمدة التي تقتضيها الالتزامات النظامية والمحاسبية، أيّهما أطول. وبعد انتفاء الحاجة تُحذف المعلومات أو تُجرَّد من الصفة الشخصية.

٥. حقوقك

• الاطّلاع على معلوماتك وتصحيحها أو تحديثها.
• حذف حسابك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق عبر خيار حذف الحساب في الإعدادات.
• سحب أي إذن سبق منحه، من إعدادات جهازك.
• الاعتراض على معالجة معلوماتك أو تقييدها ضمن ما يسمح به النظام.

٦. أمن المعلومات

نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية المعلومات من الوصول أو الإفصاح أو التغيير غير المصرّح به. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بصورة مطلقة.

٧. خصوصية الأطفال

خدماتنا غير موجَّهة لمن هم دون سنّ الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد. وعند علمنا بخلاف ذلك تُحذف المعلومات فوراً.
